Majha House provides a platform for debate, discussion and critical thinking around socially relevant issues and concerns. By showcasing the finest in literature, performance, art and culture, Majha House invites the best and brightest from across the country to the thriving and culturally diverse city of Amritsar. Our mission is to enhance new opportunities for the youth of Amritsar, to make accessible a space that is open and non intimidating, where young people can come to learn and develop new skills. To this extent, Majha House will initiate workshops and training that encourage cutting edge research in the arts, especially for young people. Majha House aims to locate and showcase the intellectual and cultural heritage of the Majha and Punjab and build interface and linkages at with the rest of the country and the world.
